Ivana Fleitas and Mauricio Cordoba are professional tango and folklore dancers, choreographers and teachers directly from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ivana is a National Ballet Teacher and Teacher of Contemporary and Corporal Expression.
Mauricio was a Malambo champion at a prestigious festival in Baradero, Buenos Aires.They have developed their education in tango at the University of Arts, ACETA, and with important teachers and milongueros in Buenos Aires.
They were artistic directors and choreographers at “El Viejo Almacén“, the most traditional tango house, internationally renowned as the first and the only one that has better preserved the true identity of Tango in Argentina. They have also joined the staff of many renowned tango houses in the city of Buenos Aires, the Tango capital of the world. They participated as guest artists in the “Buenos Aires International Tango Festival & Championship” with the famous Corporación Tango Company.
They took part in a Korean Netflix series ¨Resurrection¨, in a Korean K-drama ¨Eve¨ and they have even participated as a coach in the Argentine version of the hit TV show¨ Dancing with the stars¨.They have been part of some great dance companies joined national and international tours. They have done several shows in many countries in Asia, Europe, Oceania and South America.
They have a truly versatile and outstanding unique style. They are really talented based on their proud and excellent career.
