Scottish vocalist and instrumentalist Matt Cairns has been active as a performer and songwriter for over ten years. Born in Edinburgh, Matt began playing music when he was just eight years old and spent his formative years performing at Scottish Ceilidh dances and traditional Burns Suppers.At eighteen, he went on to study at the prestigious London College of Music where he earned his degree in Popular Music Performance.Today,Matt is passionate about sharing the music of his homeland with audiences around the world and performs extensively throughout Europe, North America, Australia and beyond.
