Jonathan H. Ward, FRAS is a space historian and avid astrophotographer. His four critically acclaimed books are widely regarded as definitive books on the Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs. His latest book with astronaut Eileen Collins is being developed as a feature documentary, “Spacewoman.” Jonathan is noted for his engaging presentations to cruise audiences and at national conferences on astronomy and space exploration. He worked on the Space Station Program and has consulted to NASA and the Astronauts Memorial Foundation. Jonathan graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Denver. He is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and has served as a NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador since 2012.
